Traidcraft fights poverty through trade, helping people in developing countries to transform their lives.
Established in 1979 as a Christian response to poverty, Traidcraft is the UK’s leading fair trade organisation. Traidcraft runs development programmes in some of the poorest countries in the world, and campaigns in the UK and internationally to bring about trade justice.
As part of our Fair Trade Church status, Park United Reformed Church is committed to using fairly traded goods, such as tea, coffee and sugar. We also encourage people to buy fair trade goods where possible and we support Fairtrade Fortnight activities..
Park URC is currently seeking volunteers to help run a reguar Traidcraft stall at Park United Reformed Church.
