Park United Reformed Church is committed to promoting Fairtrade and using Fairtrade goods.
Since 2005 Park United Reformed Church has been registered with the Fairtrade Foundation as a Fairtrade Church.
Reading has been registered as a Fairtrade Town since 2004.
All the tea, coffee and sugar used at church activities carries the Fairtrade logo, which means we can be sure that the producers received a fair price for their product. Each year we participate in Fairtrade Fortnight, we are delighted that Reading is a Fairtrade town and that The University of Reading is a Fairtrade University.
All users of our church and community buildings are encouraged to use Fairtrade goods.
