Our hire rates are based on hours of occupation: below is an outline of our current prices and the potential for discounts.

Please read Part A of the application form before contacting us so that you understand what we need in order to respond effectively.

Suitable Uses of the Facilities.  With different sized spaces for hire, extensive kitchen facilities, parking, a stage, audio visual facilities and pianos, plus configurable furniture in most rooms, we host a wide range of activities between 8 am and 11 pm each day.  As a good neighbour we do not accommodate loud evening parties.  Examples of current activities:

  • Worship and study.
  • Cultural groups and events including music, singing, dancing and theatre.
  • Conferences, training events, meetings, ceremonies and receptions.
  • Exercise and therapy; photography and cookery; tuition, training and exams.
  • Family events including wedding receptions, children’s birthdays and anniversary dinners.

Basic Hire Rates from 1st April 2025
Seated capacity is indicated in brackets indicates the relative size of each room.

CHURCH  (seats 180 in rows)            £37.80 per hour

LARGE HALL  (seats 150 in rows)      £37.80 per hour

DAVID’S HALL  (seats 60 in rows)      £26.00 per hour

SMALL HALL  (seats 30 in rows)         £19.60 per hour

SMALL MTG ROOM  (seats 8)               £8.80 per hour

LOUNGE  (seats 30 in rows)                £18.40 per hour

UPPER ROOM  (seats 20)                    £12.90 per hour

KITCHEN by Large & David’s Halls      £19.00 per hour

STAGE and related facilities: price on application

Discounts

We offer generous discounts to registered charities and also support community groups and non-profit activities.

Regular / Frequent users may be granted discounts.

Organisations supporting education, children, elderly, vulnerable and those at risk are treated favourably.

Private multi-room bookings may receive an element of discount.

Site visits are by appointment.  Please submit details of your interest and if there is suitable availability then we can agree a time for you to view the facilities and discuss the details of how we can support you.
